The DeepShip 12 is never seen in the Space Quest series and only known via the story of the Birdman of DeepShip 12 that Roger remembers while gazing out the window from the brig of DeepShip 86, another DeepShip.
It is unknown if the DeepShip 12 is a Transwarp-Class Starship or another model altogether. Presumeably the ship's full designation is SCS DeepShip 12.
