Backstory[]
The Big and Tall Salesbot is a vendor droid designed to assist male-clothing-wearing beings in finding new duds while shopping in the Big and Tall store. He seems to be modelled after stereotypical high-class culture, complete with moustache, tuxedo, and a thick, snooty-sounding foreign accent.
Game Involvement[]
While trapped on Estros in the Space Quest 10 era, Roger suffered having the legs of his pants vaporized in preparation for torture from the Latex Babes. The Latex Babes eventually dragged Roger to the Galaxy Galleria and let him go, but failed to restore his pants. Fortunately Roger happened upon the Big And Tall store, where the Salesbot was all too happy to find Roger a new set of pants (and take a chunk of his buckazoids).
Now, had Roger chosen to try to sneak out without paying for his pants, the always-observant Salesbot would have gotten extremely upset, taken the pants, and thrown Roger out of the store. He then would have been decidedly cranky if Roger decided to enter the store again, and would have required a fair amount of sweet-talking to offer to help Roger again.
But of course that never happened, because Roger is a fine, upstanding galactic citizen... but if it did happen, theoretically mind you, the above paragraph would be true.
