Polymoss Shrub
The Polymoss Shrub is a tough, purplish gooey vegetation indigenous to the planet Kerona.
Background[]
It exudes a thick sticky substance worse than fortnight-old undergarments[1], it has supergluelike properties and stinks horribly. It is apparently inedible,[2], and altogether unapetizing, and possibly even poisonous. Ingesting it would likely bond one's mouth permanently. Although the Keronian Tenticular Slimesucker is interested in it. It or similar species was the subject of a smell-a-vision documentary, 'Our Friend The Polymoss Shrub - Nature's Bondo'
The plant only grows in isolated spots in the inhospitable environment. Oddly enough, the rather bright plant grows in the otherwise flora-free area. [3]
