How do I get into the station?

  • There's no place like dome.
  • Walk up the wall (oh yes you can!) to the circle on the ceiling.
  • Exiting the locker room wearing an EVA Suit is grounds for immediate termination.
  • Get a regular suit from one of the lockers.
  • Don't forget to grab anything else you can find in the locker room!

How can I leave the station?

  • Get on the platform in the control room.
  • Get into the tube transporter.
  • Walk around the shuttle, and go in.

First Visit with Sludge Vohaul[]

How do I overcome Sludge, stop the insurance salesmen, and win?

  • That would be a pretty short game, wouldn't it?
  • Maybe you better play dumb for now, yeah that's it, to help the game.

The Forests of Labion[]

How do I shut off the alarm beeper?

  • Look in the crashed hovercraft.
  • Press the button to silence the alarm.

How can I use the tiger trap in the forest floor?

  • What trap?
  • I didn't find any trap.

How can I elude the searching guards?

  • You could always just run away.
  • Better yet, hide in the bush until they leave.

What's the way through the maze plant?

  • Could you call a maze plant corny?
  • That little pink guy made it back there, didn't he?
  • Here's where your save game option really pays for itself.
  • You might try setting the speed control to very slow.
  • Be sure to get the berries before heading back!

How do I get through the swamp?

  • Looks like all the delicious things (like you) that swim get eaten.
  • Did you see what the little pink guy did?
  • Smear the berries on yourself before wading or swimming.

How do I get across the chasm?

  • Maybe that dead tree could be used.
  • Climb the tree to make it fall across the chasm.
  • Crawl across the bridge.

How do I avoid the hunter's snare?

  • You can't.

How do I get out of the hunter's dinner plans?

  • Maybe a strong sedative would dull his appetite.
  • You did bring one of those spore balls from the early forest, right?
  • You can't let him snooze just anywhere, though.
  • Call him over, and then throw the spore ball.
  • Get the key through the bars, and unlock the cage

The Caverns in Labion[]

How do I find the caverns of Labion?

  • Were there any gaps in your searching?
  • Do you recall the chasm?
  • Did you take the rope from the rock by the unconscious hunter?
  • You need to tie the rope to something sturdy, but that stump won't do the job, it seems.
  • Tie your rope to the center of the log, and climb down.

How can I get onto that ledge?

  • Hang around, and find out.
  • Go to the bottom of the rope
  • Swinging's the key here, not too much and not too little.
  • Jump before you're eaten. Practice makes perfect.

How can I see in the cave?

  • Did you bring any glowing gems with you?
  • If not, maybe the swamp is a good place for some deep thinking.
  • Look for a deep spot in the swamp water.
  • Take a deep breath, and dive.
  • Search 'till you get the gem, and you know the rest already.

How do I get out of this rock pile area?

  • Did you save the little pink guy in the forest early on?
  • If so, the leader will tell you how to leave.
  • Take him literally.
  • Just type in SAY THE WORD.

How can I climb this ladder in the dark?

  • You'll need your hands to climb the ladder.
  • You can't do this until you enter the tunnel. (I don't know why
  • Hold the glowing gem with your mouth.

How do you avoid the cave squid?

  • Very carefully indeed.

How do I leave this tunnel maze?

  • If you find a long eastward tunnel, keep following it.
  • Here is one way out, although you may just blunder through.
  • From the entrance, go down to the first side tunnel.
  • Crawl east to the next ladder, then go down to the next tunnel.
  • Crawl east to the next ladder, and go down to the very bottom.
  • Crawl east to the next ladder, then go down to the next tunnel.
  • Crawl west to the next ladder, and go down to the very bottom.
  • Crawl west past a ladder, and stop at the next ladder.
  • Climb down past a tunnel, and stop at the next tunnel.
  • At last, crawl east though the long tunnel.

What do I do about the stream?

  • Jump in, of course!
  • Make the right choice at the fork.
  • Maybe going for a spin would be a good idea.

Leaving Labion[]

How do I get through the stone wall?

  • You'd need to be beastly strong to break that wall.
  • And well motivated, too!
  • Did you pick up that mail order form from the space station locker?
  • Did you mail it at the box in the forest near the hovercraft?
  • Did you pick up the whistle?
  • Ok then, use it now.
  • To avoid being killed by the beast: throw him the Cubix Rube or wade.
  • You DID grab the Cubix Rube from the locker room back on Xenon Orbital Station 4, right?

How do I get past the guard?

  • Easiest way is to just sneak at the right time.
  • Next hardest needs two items: a jockstrap and a rock.
  • The jockstrap came from the space station, the rock from the wall.
  • Throw the rock with the jockstrap to distract the guard.
  • Hardest of all, hit the guard with the jockstrap-powered rock.
  • Use the keycard from the dead hovercraft guard to open the door.

How can I take off?

  • Be very exact in following all the directions.
  • Press the power on button.
  • Turn the attitude dial.
  • Press the thrusters button.
  • Pull lever, use the down arrow key, or pull back on the joystick.
  • Wait till you are airborne, at minimum altitude.
  • Turn the attitude dial again.
  • Push the lever, press the up arrow key, or push the joystick forward.

Return to Sludge Vohaul's Asteroid Fortress[]

How do I keep from being waxed flat?

  • Just stay out of the way, duck into a door or a new screen if needed.

How do I avoid the acid bath?

  • You need a friend, but not a janitor's friend.
  • You need a plumber's friend, a plunger.
  • Find it in the janitor's closet on floor three.
  • Stick it on the wall as the floor opens, and hang on.
  • Don't stick it on too soon, or you'll lose your grip.
  • Let go when the floor returns.

How do I get past the Vohaul Wallbots?

  • Always check your ceiling before the rainy season.
  • You will need three things scavenged from the asteroid.
  • Do you have the paper from the restroom stall on level four?
  • Do you have the wastebasket from the closet on level five?
  • Do you have the lighter from the overalls in the closet on level five?
  • Put the toilet paper into the basket.
  • Drop the basket under the fire sprinkler.
  • Light the toilet paper with the lighter.
  • Exit to the east.

What about the monsters in the upper halls?

  • Avoid them.
  • You can pass "The Big Fist" by staying away from the cage.
  • Take my advice, and don't ever french kiss an alien!

Your Second Visit with Sludge[]

Nothing's happening. What do I do?

  • Be brave, climb up to Vohaul's chair.

How do I get out of this glass case?

  • You need something found in one of the closets.
  • I hope you brought the glass cutter!

How do I defeat Vohaul?

  • You need some way to vent your frustration.
  • Climb in the vent, and try to see red.
  • Push the red button to shut off his life support system.

How do I regain my normal size?

  • How did Mr
  • Go along the ledge to the keyboard.
  • Turn switch on, and type ENLARGE.
  • Hustle back into glass jar pronto.

How can I stop the insurance salesman?

  • Enter the right code to stop the launch.
  • Remember, Sludge had a hand in this!
  • Search Sludge to find the abort code.

Escape from Vohaul's Asteroid[]

How do I avoid suffocating?

  • Notice anything on the way into the tube?
  • Get the oxygen mask from the box on the way in.
  • You can put it on right away if you like.

How do I get past the Vohaul Marrow-Matic robot?

  • Lead him astray.
  • Go west to meet him from the door.
  • Make him follow you to the east until you get to the walkway.
  • Cross the walkway, and continue east in the tunnels, back to the pods.
  • You'll beat him back to the escape pod, second from the left.
  • Press the button to get in, and press the launch button.

How do I survive in the pod?

  • Aren't you feeling a little tired?
  • Sleeping people don't use as much oxygen.
  • How about forty winks in that sleep chamber?
  • Maybe not a very glorious ending for such a hero...
