Space Quest Omnipedia

OK, That's just really twisted. I didn't expect anyone would actually HAVE any SQ Slash fiction. But.. Neat. We accept all kinds here at the Omnipedia. I guess. Sorta.

I went ahead and marked this article as patrolled, against my better judgment. --pcj 07:19, 9 May 2005 (EDT)

This piece is unworthy of Space Quest. It has nothing to do with the legacy of Sierra and the Two Guys, it has absolutely no tangent plane at all! If it's supposed to be humoristic, do spare me in the future. And spare the Series as far as I'm concerned. A real shame this sort of trash is published in here. --Frans

Yea, But.[]

Ok, I agree that it's not as Space Questy as I might like. In fact, it's rather disgraceful. But it's free-speech, and that's a concept that I support. If someone wants to go out of their way to write things like that, It's better that the Omnipedia can have them, I guess. For the same reason that if Akril wanted to upload WSSQUID to the omnipedia, I'd allow it, I think we should allow this. Even if it's... In very poor taste.

OK. On further thought, I've moved it to it's own page, and added a Tasteless header. Please use the header for any other pages that fall into the same category. {{Tasteless}} That said, If people really, really want to put in such things, don't link to it directly. I'd hate to have someone accidentally find that, even with the header. Link to the main Slash Fiction page (this one), rather than the provided example.

--- Ok, only one more thought, then I promise I'll stop thinking about this! ;)

It seems odd that User:pcj, who has done the majority of the work on this site, is only old enough to click that link by 10 days ;)

Heh.[]

Except I'm really rather twisted, or maybe it's because I'm mature enough to handle such adult concepts.
