This is a piece of SQ-approved electrical wire. Roger found it inside the Space Tanker Tunnel, but according to some theories a Rat stole it and took it back to the Rat's Lair in order to reconnect the Auxiliary Reactor that Roger stole from them! Whichever theory is true, it is sure that Roger used it to connect the Reactor with the Warp Motivator on the Aluminum Mallard.
