Xenonians are the species of humanoids from the planet Xenon according to the Space Quest: The Lost Chapter (and appears in later fan games). They have special Xenonian DNA.

The Xenonian, Roger Wilco had Future Timeline significance.

The Furkunz call Roger their great Xenonian hope.

An influx of Xenonians cleared out the souvenirs at Bambi Blatz's Spaceport Souvenirs.

Behind the ScenesEdit

In Space Quest -1: Decisions of the Elders it is shown Roger Wilco is born of two human parents apparently originally from Earth, who immigrated to Xenon. Thus in that game he is human, and not "Xenonian", except by citizenship, and not by exotic DNA.

Xenonian as a term is used by several different fan games to denote the people of Xenon, in at least two games it is used specifically as a racial/species designation and it is pointed out that they are genetically different than humans. Xenonians and Humans are contrasted against each other.

However, in the official games the race living on Xenon are actually said to be Humans within the games and the Space Quest Companion and The Official Guide To Roger Wilco's Space Adventures.

Xenonian as a term does appear around 1-2 times during the official series. The first time is to refer to the language spoken on Xenon, rather than having anything to do with the race.  Roger himself is said to be human, and in Space Quest 6, he also says he is human. It is also occasionally used to describe things that originate from Xenon. Compare to Xenonite as well.
